Fabrication & Welding –

Tig/MIG welding on all types of metal, including stainless steel / aluminium / titanium / bronze.

All aspects of fabrication can be undertaken including repair work.  Our experienced and skilled fabricators provide a quality service to a Super Marine Finish.  Our team have vast experience across all types of metal / industries and work in a skilled and timely manner.

Machining & Turning –

We have the capability to machine and turn a wide variety of metal, including stainless steel / aluminium / titanium / bronze. Engineering plastics are also regularly machined in our Workshop.

Skilled machinists work to create cost effective, bespoke pieces in both small batch orders and custom-made individual orders.

Sheet Metalwork –

80tonne/3mtr Break Press situated in house for bending and forming various types of metal.

Tube Bending –

All aspects of tube bending including ring rolling undertaken to a high standard of accuracy and finish.

CNC Plasma Cutting –

A CNC Plasma Machine with a 1.2m x 1.2m cutting bed is located on site and is capable of cutting up to 1” plate.

Polishing –

All metals are polished to a super yacht finish by skilled personnel.  We have the capability to polish items of any size from a small propellers to large multiple panel solar frames.
